Upon investigation he found the horse had gotten his hind' foot hung in his mouth and could not release himself. iho foot had slipped into the horse's mouth and the heel was hung over the lower teeth, requiring two pulls by Mr. James before the foot could be loosened and the horse allowed to rise.
